This approach helps us access and live from a state of embodied consciousness, reuniting the mind, body and breath. It's a set of principles and practices you can use in your daily life to experience and activate the authentic self and realize deeper states of awareness, vitality and wellbeing. In this book study group, I will guide and support you step by step through the practices and principles of that weeks Chapter(s). We'll practice a different breathwork each week. There are demonstrations, supporting videos and colorful handouts for clarity, so you can put it into practice immediately and experience the benefits.
The book offers powerful tools, yet it can be overwhelming to follow the practices independently. This is a safe and supportive environment in a small group setting.
